FAQ 4 - TKC Terms and Conditions

You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your Account. AOK Internet Ltd will not be responsible for any user activities or content on this system - you are solely responsible for all of your activities. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in the AOK Chat Team terminating your Track King Chat Account.

Terms and Conditions of Use

By registering and using Track King Chat you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

1. Track King Chat, its owners, administrators, operators, affiliates, sponsors, staff (hired or volunteer) are not and shall not, in any way whatsoever, be held responsible for any damage(s) incurred upon person(s) and or properties while person(s) and or properties are connected to or using the chat server and its domains, web servers or any other servers and or computers used any or affiliated with Track King Chat, its owners, administrators, operators, affilaites, sponsors and staff (hired or volunteer)

2. Track King Chat reserves the right to deny and prohibit anyone at any time from entering, connecting to or otherwise use its service.

3. By entering into Track King Chat, or connecting the Track King Chat website, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older and have the consent of your legal guardian if you are of an age or stature by which you have to have a legal guardian.

4. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, libelous, hateful, threatening, sexually orientated, or any other material that may violate any applicable National or International Laws. Doing so may lead to the suspension of your account and possible ban. Track King may also be being informed of your conduct. The IP address and conversations are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

5. You agree that the Owners, Administrators, Operators and Moderators of this chat site have the right to kick/ban users at any time should they see fit. As a member of Track King Chat you agree to any information you have entered being stored in the Track King Chat databases.

6. By using the Track King website or the Track King Chat chat system, you assert that you have no intent (premeditated or otherwise) to do harm  and or damage to any person/persons and or property/properties owned,  operated, connected to, or otherwise affiliated with Track King Chat.

7. By logging on with your Username/Nickname on Track King Chat, you agree to the above Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to do any of the following actions while using this Chat Server;

• harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another chat participant, user, or other individual or entity;
• transmit via this chat facility any information, data, text, files, links, software, or other materials ("Content") that the Chat-Team considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• cause any chat room screen in this chat to "scroll" faster than other Members are able to type to it or any action to a similar disruptive effect;
• disrupt the normal flow of dialog in a chat room or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants;
• post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation in this chat system;
• intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing this chat server;
• slander or otherwise attempt to foul, disgrace or disrepute Track King Chat;
• give out or otherwise display any  personal information about or related to anyone including yourself, people you do not know or information you possess about anyone you may or may not know;
• not display any address or URL to any  website which contains any type of chat system or links to chat system(s) or any sites which may be deemed inappropriate;
• type in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, this is viewed as yelling at someone;
